This is a list of items identified by the various Department Heads as items needed for the 2008 school year.  While we, as a chapter, will continue in our fundraising efforts we urge you to also make individual contributions.  There are numerous items on the list that's affordable by one person or small groups of 2-3 individuals.  I would ask that you contact us, or the school, to advise what item(s) you will contribute in order to avoid duplication.

At the request of the Ministry of Education and Youth, members of the Industrial Arts department, Mr. Oral Mckenzie and Mr. A Thomas along with the school’s Librarian Ms. Daviene Burke visited the building in May 2007 to assess the area to relocate the library. A follow up visit was conducted by the Senior Librarian of the Portland Parish Library Mr. David Drysdale and the teacher/librarian Ms. Daviene Burke on October 2007 to ascertain costs for upgrading the building, furniture and collection. This document is a complete assessment of needs and costs.
